Named for Wyoming's state flower — red, cheerful, unmistakable — and because the kids always pick it first when they're given a choice.
A small container of colored pencils and a stack of blank notecards lives on the dresser. Someone always ends up making something during their stay. That's allowed; that's encouraged.
