Hosted by Lucinda “Lucy” Boswell and named in memory of her mother, Kally Klose, the house runs a monthly public event series called the Gatherings and hosts private full-house events — weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions, corporate retreats — starting at $4,800 for a weekend. Gratitude is managed by Wyo Stays, a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage.

About Lucy Boswell
Lucy Boswell is the host of Gratitude. She bought 450 S Thurmond Street in Sheridan, Wyoming after the deaths of her husband and mother, Kally Klose, whose lifelong habit of writing genuine thank-you notes inspired the keepsake stationery now placed in every room of the house. Lucy writes The Letter, Gratitude's monthly newsletter, and hosts the Gatherings, the house's public event series.
