Once a year, we give the house away. Choose a weekend in October. Write us a note. Tell us about the gathering. We read every one. We pick one.
There is no catch. No press story we require. No review we ask for. You come, you gather, you leave grateful. That’s the whole program.
How it works
1. Applications open August 1.

2. Applications close October 1.
We read every note. It takes about a week. We pick one.
3. We announce the recipient before Thanksgiving.
The weekend happens in the chosen month. No filming, no press, no obligation.
