How many people does the house sleep?

Twelve sleep in real beds across six bedrooms; fourteen with the daybed and the sofa. The dining Table seats twelve; we can set fourteen with a squeeze.

What's included in the six rooms?

Every room has its own real bed and a nightstand journal with a writing prompt. Four of the six are full ensuite; the two twin rooms upstairs share a bath. See the Six Rooms page for each room's own layout, bed, and bath.

Can I host a private event during my stay?

Yes. Small events for your group are welcome during a booked stay. Larger or ticketed events are arranged separately — see /host-an-event.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. It's clearly listed in the booking total, not hidden. Turnover cleaning is paid once per stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund from 30 to 14 days out. Inside 14 days we work with you on rescheduling where possible.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. We send door codes and a welcome note the morning of arrival.
