# Gratitude

> A restored 1920 Victorian at 450 S Thurmond Street on Residence Hill in Sheridan, Wyoming. Six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, 4,378 sq ft. Sleeps 12 in real beds (14 with the daybed and the sofa). Hosted by Lucinda "Lucy" Boswell, named in memory of her mother, Kally Klose. Managed by Wyo Stays, a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage, as part of the Wyo Stays Signature Series.

Gratitude runs two programs alongside overnight stays: The Gatherings, a
public event series of roughly 13 hosted evenings a year (concerts,
seasonal dinners, salons), open to anyone with a ticket; and Host an Event,
private full-house bookings — weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions,
corporate retreats — starting at $4,800 for a weekend. A monthly
newsletter, The Letter, is written by Lucy.

The house's practice: every nightstand holds a small journal with a
writing prompt, and the Parlor has a desk with cotton stationery, fountain
pens, and a wax seal for writing thank-you notes during a stay.
